- How do I create an account? Use the Join / Register page to create your profile, then check your email to verify your address.
- How do I complete my profile? Go to your Profile page and fill in your photo, bio, and details – a more complete profile shows up higher in search and gets more visibility.
- I forgot my password. Use the “Forgot password” link on the Login page to reset it by email.
Membership & Premium
- What do I get with Premium? Premium members can message freely, create and host events, and use advanced search filters.
- What is a Featured Member? Featured members get top placement in search results and the member directory, plus a badge on their profile.
- How do I upgrade? Visit the Become a Featured Member page from your account menu to see current plans.
Messaging & Notifications
- Why can’t I message someone? Free members have limited messaging – upgrading to Premium removes most restrictions. You also can’t message members who have blocked you.
- How do I manage notifications? Open the Notifications page and use Notification Preferences to control what you’re alerted about.
- How do I block or report someone? Open their profile and use the block or report option in the profile menu.
Events
- Who can create events? Premium and Featured members can create events from the Events page.
- Can anyone see my event? You choose Public or Private when you create an event – private events are invite-only or by request.
Privacy & Safety
- Who can see my profile and online status? Manage this from your Profile privacy settings, including appearing offline.
- How do I delete my account? Contact us using the details below and we’ll help you close your account.
