Purpose

MaturePride.com is committed to protecting the privacy and safety of our members while complying with applicable laws and valid legal requests from law enforcement agencies. This protocol outlines how requests from law enforcement are handled and the circumstances under which member information may be disclosed.

Scope

This policy applies to all requests received from:

• Local law enforcement agencies
• State law enforcement agencies
• Federal law enforcement agencies
• International law enforcement agencies operating through appropriate legal channels

General Privacy Principles

MaturePride.com values member privacy and does not voluntarily disclose private member information except:

• When required by law
• In response to a valid legal process
• When necessary to prevent imminent harm, death, or serious physical injury
• When required to investigate suspected criminal activity occurring on the platform

Member information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Legal Requirements

Requests must be submitted by authorized law enforcement personnel and contain sufficient identifying information regarding the account or investigation. Social media platforms commonly require valid legal process before disclosing user records.

Emergency Requests

MaturePride.com may respond to emergency requests without a warrant when there is a good-faith belief that an emergency involving death, serious bodily injury, kidnapping, suicide threats, terrorism, or similar imminent harm exists. Such requests must clearly explain the emergency circumstances. Emergency disclosures are recognized under applicable laws and industry practices.

Child Safety and Exploitation

MaturePride.com maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding:

Preservation Requests

Upon receipt of a lawful preservation request, MaturePride.com may preserve specified account records and related information for a reasonable period while legal process is obtained. Preservation does not automatically result in disclosure.

Member Notification

Unless prohibited by law, court order, or emergency circumstances, MaturePride.com may notify affected members when their information has been requested by law enforcement.

Notification may be delayed or withheld when:

• Prohibited by law
• Subject to a non-disclosure order
• Child exploitation investigations are involved
• Notification would compromise an active investigation

Internal Review Process

All law enforcement requests shall be reviewed by site administration before any disclosure occurs.

The review process includes:
